Indy has been a popular destination for REI.

We own three 2 BR/2 BA condos in a beachfront building on Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach, next door do Destin).

I am very data driven and I simply don't see Philly as an attractive destination unless you are -- local, hands on, DIY, don't have prop mgmt expenses, don't pay leasing commissions, get preferred rates from lenders, know a guy who does handyman work, etc. 

What’s going on with the palms of destin, and destin in particular??

@Steven Gillmer my brother and old Army buds live there and I have also been looking but YES those Taxes are no JOKEI am coming that way in July and may cruise around looking though, Its booming there

Since our properties are not in a vacation destination hotspots, we delisted on VRBO due to lack of bookings.
