Hi, don't even think of approaching them with a payoff, they will just hold you up for more.Most municipalities have a noise ordinance, noise should not go beyound the property line, and at certain times, check that out and report it until the cops get sick of going there and then the cops will really crack down on them.

My state has started to crack down on it as well. they are aware of the issues you talk about the U tubes the guru's etc.. they will follow up on any complaint and if its deemed selling without a license then there will be action taken . which usually includes cease and desist and for first offense modest fine.But like when I was talking to someone I know in the division enforcement here in Oregon she made the point that most professions in an around building remodeling lending etc all need licenses..

@Jeff Cutter  writing Is on the wall.. looks like FLA is going to crack down on selling RE without a license.. like Ohio and other states.Once this acitivity is pronounced in the RE community most of you folks that want to sell without actually owning the asset are probably going to have some local realtor turn you in.
