The price appears competitive, and the interface seems like it might work well with adding in multiple future properties.

On crime... one positive trend is that APD, in partnership with the courts, has lowered the previously skyrocketing murder rate.

It appears you are just making up hypothetical transactions with values  to make your system seem more enticing.

Lock up a good chunk of money for years with essentially a stranger and pray that your sponsor does not appear on an episode of American Greed any time soon.  

Now they want to put the properties into RE Gain Fund, LLC UpREIT (which appears to have been established in 2023).

Lets say I die with $200,000 in the bank and right before I die I remember the time I had to go to court to evict one of my tenants..... that would be so sad...
