Coincidentally my bedroom window happened to be about 10 feet above and directly behind where I was lounging in the backyard, overlooking the yard (sometimes I even climbed into and out of my bedroom by getting on top of the storage shed).Apartment living just doesn't compare.

Consider adding amenities such as a rooftop lounge, a pet wash station, or a co-working space.

@Remington Lyman I saw that there was some major construction and development work going on with COSI and closer to the area.

I like it better up here, but COS is growing on me.

Meet ups are every Monday from 7-9:30 at La Rogue Lounge on Broad st in Newark NJ.

Our customers can wash AND dry their clothes in under an hour or less than the competition; they can lounge in the recliners or work on their laptop with our wifi; their children can play with toys instead of ask when they get to leave every 3 minutes.
