@Ken Cooper Sounds like someone young or someone that has always paid cash for everything.I personally feel like no credit is better than bad credit.Check his drivers license and make sure he is who he says he is.

It also should state whether or not your agent is offering a cooperating commission to another agent which is usually half of what they are getting.
