This is 100% tenant behavior.

I know my behavior is much different anytime I'm away for work or on vacation. 

However, because of other behavior of the syndicator, I filed complaints with TX (where the property is), OH (where I live), the Fed SEC, FBI, FTC, etc. 

In my mind this negligent behavior from standard business practices has negatively impacted the operations of the property. 

Rent control is a strong indicator of an intrusive government: Google search.Income reliability is dependent on the behavioral characteristics and occupations of the tenant segment who occupy your property.

He also taught me we are independent contractors we are not employees and we do not have to put up with rude behavior etc.Engelo you would not know it but I was a lot like you in my younger years when it came to rude and disrespectful clients. 

As much as it sucks for owners, PMs, and other tenants, just because we are LL does NOT mean we can suddenly magically control other people's behavior and get them to do something.

They were evicted/thrown out for this same behavior.

And yes, I understand the math at 0% it makes no sense to prepay but this is a behavioral thing not a math thing always.

You could analyze the interest expense differential if you wanted to geek out but this is mostly going to be a behavioral decision up to you, no right or wrong only what's optimal in your case.
