Hello Clay, if you want to get a loan on the secondary market there is a 6 month seasoning period unless you do a delayed financing exception which I will not get into here.

There's no real poured support requirements around here (TN), and the ground is heavy clay that hardens like cement and tends not to move.

@David Clay yes, I understand the dilemma.

It's like adding a tablet to your plan though so it can add up if you have a couple.

My current project is a big foundation mess and after getting several of the companies to take a look I highly recommend Clay with Arch Foundation. he is one smart cookie.

Properly functioning sewer lines don't need "maintenance"...My guess is, it's either an old clay pipe with tree root problems (in which case they should replace it, or remove the tree), or it's improperly installed / runs uphill (in which case, it needs replaced). 

While out and about evaluating properties, I make use of my smart phone or tablet to make notes, take pictures, do quick calculations, etc...
