You have to educate them.

Educate yourself on how to house hack.

Educate yourself enough to be able to identify if a property does or doesn't align with that goal.

The more stoic, grounded, and educated you are the smoother the ride.I guess my point is, I'd be leery of blast marketing emails myself. 

You don't have to pay attention to comments on this thread that bother you, but you should speak up and share information so we can all be more educated. 

Seems like a decent resource for new investors with education and networking opportunities.
