@Marlon Fong I've been listening to many BP podcast episodes and they are SO informative!

The BiggerPockets Real Estate podcast just did an episode on 1031 exchanges. 

Appreciation is far more valuable for the seasoned investor and it's no mystery why the BP podcast has been talking about that over cash flow a lot in there more recent episodes.

I would have to imagine if it is as prevalent as you say there would be at least one BP Podcast episode of someone talking about it. 

It features many episodes on real estate investing strategies, including the BRRRR method.

I can't believe people still listen to the old episodes, that was almost 10 years ago. 

Hello everyone, I currently own a house and about to start renting it but I've been wondering about tax liens as a back up plan and I know nothing about it and the podcast only has one episode that I've found (which I would love more).

I watched an old BP episode that talked about other fees too before even getting started!
