Lots of crime over there, I'd say best bet would be 1 occupied and 1 vacant.

I have some web design skills (I'm an engineer, so easy to learn new programming languages) and I'm currently testing my new system to manage the tenants.

With C or below you probably can't avoid some of it so I'd go with a recency bias, ie anyone who has a long period of time between their last eviction and successful rentals other places will be a safer bet than the guy that just got evicted. 

I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

The only thing is that it still doesn't have a working investor portal that I have been waiting for over a year.... you know these days for investors a web portal is becoming a very basic thing. but well, with or without it, I think I have very good faith about PPR by now.
