We have the most activity and most frequent groups (1 main meetup and 3 subgroups each month).

His 17 year old son also frequently helps him so I make sure to give the son a Christmas bonus as well.

Plus it’s an area we frequently visit and pay someone else to stay on their property so we would like to get some personal use out of it as well.

It certainly makes reaching people, building an audience and being able to sell your courses/investments "easy".  

The areas I'm searching now for properties are serving all three audiences well, so my next step is going to be looking for inroads to the corporate people who lead the relocation set up / contracts so as to be their Property-of-Choice. ;-)Many thanks!

I would make sure their audience fits your goals and try to get exchange creators to come on Mondays or Tuesdays (slow days) instead of paying them.

Just ask how many BP investors get solicited from Wholesalers frequently and how they just laugh at them when the number is given.Perfect example I have a prop in Cleveland that I put up for sale for fun I called a few of the letters we buy houses.. best offer I could finally get out of them was 40k..
