Right attitude, no headaches, no babysitting, has to love real estate ( not compare it to stocks,gold,etc.

A couple copped attitudes about me wanting to look inside.

It really gave me a new direction and a hopeful attitude toward my finances and to my future.

Attitude. 

I read your post and it is that attitude that is part of the reason I do not work with other investors as a Contractor.

She has a very entitled attitude about the whole thing, and I've got this sinking feeling that I'm going to have to tell the new tenants that there is a good chance the house won't be ready for them, and I'm probably going to have to evict her because there is no way the move is going to be set up in 2 weeks, and I highly doubt it will even be done in July.  

No credit is available, but yields are 10-14%.I'm curious about the general attitude towards these kinds of transaction from American investors and other real estate professionals.

The intent is to prove your poor business practices/ attitudes when in legal disputes with your tenants.  

Tell them when they ask that you do not release the reason for rejecting simply that they did not meet their screen criteria.Many times applicants are rejected due to appearance, attitude, upkeep of personal vehicle etc.

They don't have the right attitude. a.) bad attitude/overly litigiousb.) way too risk adverse.
