I would really like to hear from someone who has deployed their tactics and completed a deal to get a view of the full range of experience with them.

My view it’s that it’s always better building a brand rather then focussing purely on the aggregators (whether Airbnb or otherwise) but it would depend on your objectives as an investor/operator of your own spaces. 

Redfin dot com however has real time stats from "views on listings", "days on market", expireds, relistings, new listings and their own realtors.

@Levi Perl what are the limiting factors of why one person that has viewed it is qualified to live there?

But I do not buy bottom barrel properties in bad locations (busy roads, crime, eye-sore views) instead I focus on making a property one that the average modern family will want.
