At least, that was true the last time I checked, which was probably in the middle of the crash, when there were so many foreclosures to be bought.

I'd rather spend 300 a month on a subscription + texts on batchskiptracing and actually know when my stuff goes out vs 75 a month on a subscription and texts on this software and have no idea when all my texts are going out, not being able to stop a campaign unless I delete it, and just praying that the complicated steps I took when setting up my campaign don't backfire, or crash, or nothing goes out, or whatever.

After the market crashed in 2008 we went on a buying spree from about 2009 until 2015/6 (buy & hold) until the numbers didn't make as much sense as the prices started creeping up again, rent prices were flat and many competitors started entering the marketplace.  

Always funny hearing statements about the "bubble" popping and house markets crashing, etc.

People have keyword alerts set up, and then someone arrives and pitches their town, which then triggers a lot of other keyword alerts to be triggered.

We arrived at this as the hypothesis: - Look for a 4-5 bedroom single family home, or a large duplex - 4-5 bedrooms. - Look for properties for sale with assumable mortgages in that area.

I also think that we are very close to a 1929 Market crash, and everybody seems to think that we are doing great.

It is massively different in the Uks market as years ago there was a big market boom where house started went Up by £100,000s of pound  sand the henchmen the economy crash happened and now money is made throughout rentals and lease deals Anschluss house flips.

If its local to me, I'll hire one of my kids friends to live there for awhile.... give them some food $$ and have them crash in the unit rent free for a few weeks.
