The landowner informed us that there is a no legal easement to our property, and we could possibly be land locked.

If you’re not going to make the smart move of selling tax free, and make the questionable move of being a landlord in Ca just because you already own the home…A) No LLC, it won’t help with taxes, liability, or anonymity but it will increase the cost of insurance, taxes, and any financing  (and maybe the bank calls the current mortgage  due.)B) Get an umbrella policy if you are worth more than $1M, maybe $500k  C) Don’t even THiNK about doing this yourself.

Owning your personal residence and offsetting your W2 with an interest expense write off it a no brainer.

It would be a no-go for me. 

It’s time for me to dig deep and get really creative if a no down payment deal even exists or is possible otherwise go that route. 

Like I said- even if it doesn't work out Tuscaloosa seems like a no brainer for appreciation, LTR and probably MTR as well.  

Not everyone allows delayed financing, so if you hear a "no" keep searching because MANY do.

The risks are too high for you.And this is a no-brainer.

It is a no paying job.
