Hey @Jon Cave, so if you are experienced as a flipper, you have some tools already.You need to put that experience to work finding a property that would work as a STR.It has to be in the right place, with the right amenities.

I always view midterm renters people who want all the amenities. 

I would recommend checking out Furnished Finder and Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays) to see what other properties are listed in your area and level of furnishings/amenities etc.

In all reality it won't make you any money but it provides an amenity to your renters and will cover the expenses for the utilities it uses.
