@Nick Love most definitely interested I’m 28 and just overcame an addiction to alcohol I’m working hard (good job) reading lots and building myself.

The city is now trying to site a drug/alcohol rehab facility in the neighborhood.   

Typically drug use, felonies & alcohol abuse are major concerns with this crowd of dudes.

Hello, I am preparing a commercial lease for a beverage wholesaler who will eventually be selling bulk alcohol.

Food & beverage sales declined 1.2% in June but are up 12.4% from a year ago, which means we’re drinking less, but still alcoholics.

Agreed that you can give a proper heads up per the lease, and not have to leave alcohol.... but i'll put this Tip in my back pockets for a later date :)

Certainly they won’t do more damage than your sub-renter is willing/able to cover.Talk to your insurance agent about coverage for people renting from your renter and serving alcohol to minors who maybe crash on their way home, or a person says they were sexually assaulted at your sub rental. 

After that, get bleach wipes, or rubbing alcohol and paper towels, wear clean disposable gloves if you have them.
