So I’m in a bit of a bind, I have a duplex I’m house hacking we remodeled entire thing, new hvac, electric panels, electric main, updated plumbing, water heaters, furnace, install central air, roof.

AND, to boot, as we go higher, the air is thinner, there is less there (affordability).

I have an Air B&B in the area and when I first got started I had to have my rates a bit lower until I built up my reviews. 

One they fixed (AC not working), the other they got to a barely acceptable state (hot water and pressure).My favorite part related to the conference was on shuttle to the airport. 

Earlier this year, I helped a client who acquire a 5 bed / 2 bath house hack deal just south of the airport that she is netting about $500 / month on after PITI and expenses.
