That is my collateral, I need to know that the property is done professionally, not my a guy that reads Handyman Magazine and who teaches math at the high school.There are contractors that have gotten in over their heads and screwed up a house and walked away, that's not a good position for any lender to be in.You need more than confidence and desire by a borrower to lend prudently. :)

I thought I'd share another cool milestone for BiggerPockets -- a syndication relationship with Money Magazine (Time Inc).  

According to Forbes magazine it is the least profitable, most costly way to raise money.

see if you can get a copy of your local realtors association monthly magazine, you will sometimes find advertisements from some smaller brokerages looking for agents, they will be a little more flexible with part time agents. by the way, your full time agents seem to work part time hours.

You're realtor is obviously not licensed in DC and his research comes from magazine tabloids from the grocery store because that is the only source I could imagine would offer that bunk.

I've kept abreast of the industry mostly through trade magazines published by associations and attending association and industry seminars and round tables.
