We're planning on selling our CA triplex in the not too distant future, so I was pondering doing a reverse 1031 on this as I don't see us being able to sell our triplex before buying the 12 unit.Current triplex info: worth around $725,000 or so, mortgage principal is about $340,000.

I know you will be above average.These thoughts come to mind when I hear the words average...... borderline poverty, 401K, working to earn and not to learn, wanting be paid for everything, working only 8 hours a day, out of office reply on your email, thank good it's friday,  glad we hit hump day,  lets get to the lake and relax, stay on the sidewalk....Frank

We got in at a really good time and now we're seeing places all around us, being sold for 100K-200K more than what we paid, which is probably why it feels pretty painful to buy locally.
