Had to wait 6 weeks for trusses.

A truss company will ALWAYS pre-measure a foundation prior to building trusses for a site built home.

I have heard the speeches so often I KNOW what they are gonna say next.  

Jim,I am working on one that started behind the house and took out half of the roof and all the trusses on that half of the house.

The truss system is in good shape and can be saved, the framing lumber and several large laminated beams can also be salvaged if the house was deconstructed.
