Many of the kids, I understand, have grown up and gone, and my immediate neighbors are older, except for one family, and I think they have a teenager.

I'm a full time single working parent of two teenagers so I have very little excess time.

I've had at least one with a young teenager who made me REALLY glad I carry a water key in my truck from what they left behind if you know what I mean).Once the place it rented and with SFH it's up the tenants to take care of the all the utilities except, perhaps, trash pickup.Gail
