Mold is ubiquitous in the environment and you and I are exposed to it EVERY DAY...90% of home will have some level of superficial mold in them (surface stuff around windows or doors, bathroom surfaces etc) , but 99.9% of it is totally benign.

I have lived in houses with well water for decades and I prefer it over municipal water.Unless there is a problem with the well that allows surface water in, the paving will not affect it.

In Texas AT LEAST you need to have GFCI outlets on all kitchen counter surfaces, outside, garage, bathrooms etc. this home had the outside ones since the pool was relatively new and the outlets were put in when the pool was put in.
