Thumbtack app is a good way to find photographers across the spectrum

My career to date speaks towards getting involved with multifamily investment, but I'm really open anything on the spectrum at this point including single family.

The real question being is there a brokerage that would do a good job of supporting on both sides of the real estate spectrum?

The safe harbor is one end of the spectrum.

Every one talk about price increase all over spectrum whether it's food or home goods or construction materials or appliances. 

The other side of the spectrum is a forced sale.
