By the way, any sound RE investor would tell you the same rules. these are not well kept secrets. 

As everyone one else is saying the secret to success in remotely managing a VR is great cleaning people and a handyman.

For example, as most Pm's do I will Secret Santa shop around my market to see what competitors pricing and value propositions are.

Even if they are investors maybe they’re got super sweet super secret STR income plans or house hacking by the room plans that generates much more income than your plan.

It should really be about the income but some people do secretly want to run up the score on # of doors.

Those listings really don't tell you much about the trend unless you have a spreadsheet you've been keeping secret.

but if I had 1000 leads only I would do what good commercial brokers do and just call folks with a specific offer for their property I dont think your violating anything that way  Maybe you are.then I have another secret tip on how to get their attention that worked wonders and would work today..
