For me, the main thing to understand is that we live in a democratic republic, where differing opinions of what is “right” or “fair” to either the individual or society as a whole are topics of constant debate....and always will be.

The banana producing republics decided “cartel” monopoly was such a great idea they tried it with bananas rotted and it took sixteen years for banana consumption to get back to where it was before the attempt at monopoly pricing.

Then try to brain wash your tenant in to thinking its your fault 2) absa-freakin-lutely use that deposit money, why should you be the tenants finance company (again your in The Socialist Peoples Republic of California so you need to know the rules in that respect)3) call your own local insurance agent, he/she will give you better advice that what you are going to get on the board.

No deals in the works at present but working on getting pre-approved by a local commercial lender (Republic Bank). 

Then they will deny stating the unit hasn't been serviced and is not covered.Another time with Old Republic, a 20 year on dishwasher ran, but no longer cleaned anything. 

I also think state laws in places like The People's Republic of Kali siphon money from other state's constituents by having more owner friendly laws.

I'm referring to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

To protect the depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with Republic Bank of Chicago, Oak Brook, Illinois, to assume all of the deposits of National Bank of Commerce.The two locations of National Bank of Commerce will reopen on Saturday as branches of Republic Bank of Chicago.

Gold and silver would work in something like Zimbabwe or the Wiemar Republic, but neither of those situations are going to happen here.
