If you buy the house jointly, in a trust, you can avoid a lot of needless complication. 

So I was paying 3 mortgages and 3 sets of utilities.After the wedding I also took on my wife’s $30,000+ in miscellaneous debts.Here I was, a guy who was on the Money Podcast and I was drowning in debt.......Needless to say I decided to get back to basics.

Sad, those that don't understand, in an effort to help maintain an inventory of affordable housing have seen the need to further burden those that could solve the problem with more needless regulation.

Needless to say I am beyond frustrated as I had closing scheduled for a Friday, was finally shown the HUD the day before, and immediately postponed the closing. 

That was a hassle because I had to be present for some reason... outside of that, it has felt more like an extra set of eyes inspecting my property than big brother mandating needless repairs.

So needless to say, I'm new to wholesaling real estate in the Fargo/ Moorhead area.

Their parents called me like I was a child; demanding I give the money back 😂.Needless to say, it didn’t work.

Needless to say, it totally fell apart over the course of two year.

Needless to say, didn't purse any of those.  

She works as a high school teacher and I work as a firefighter, needless to say, our salary/budget does not align with the home prices here in the bay area, but we are not letting that stop us from making an investment here in CA.
