Many middle class millennials like to live eco-friendly, and the market prices tend to be too high for the average young person to afford.

Considering our declining population and lack of millennial migration to town I'm not sure of my best move.

On the positive side: Richmond has a very diverse job market and is home to a growing millennial presence.  

Being a Millennial and having Millennial friends.... we have no plans on ever living in the suburbs.  

I think you will see this trend continue when you have rates where they are at and U have millennials coming into the market by the millions and they are not dumb people they know rent is throwing money down the drain.. 

Marriott has a chain of 7 new "feature" hotels in the world targeting Millennials providing social environments on the main level and tiny hotel rooms.

Im a millennial I love technology and utilizing for benefits so I hate the idea of paper checks and snail mail.

I've heard it's a big spot for millennials.

(at least to certain target markets, especially younger millennial folks, who are more likely to be renters).Also, when looking at rental markets, I try to find places where it would cost substantially more to rent a single family home than it is to rent an apartment.
