THEREFORE, both the Reverse Mortgage Industry and HUD are enemies to young families in that they are BLINDLY ROBBING & CAUSING UNDUE, INDIRECT DEMISE to their precious Elders.

Every window has broken blinds. 

They sounded great but then actual contract said must use their window cleaning or blind cleaning company at $40 per window per year or their lawn service at ridiculous rates.

Now I always am quick to put blinds up or cover the windows if a property is vacant so people can't look in the windows. 

:)The home will need some minor repairs (paint in some places, a hole in the wall that needs to be fixed, new blinds, etc).
