What Does it Take to Achieve the Dream of Full Time Real Estate Investor?

Northern New Jersey has very little land, therefore the price to buy land is too high unless you somehow get it at a great price.

👀Park Hill golf course is no more - welcome Denver’s 4th largest public park coming summer of 2025 ☀️This 155 acre plot of land will now be home to picnic tables, walking trails, and other temporary features 🥾The biggest gripe I hear about buying in the city, is not enough accessibility to outdoor spaces, too clustered, etc.

I have heard you have to own land with all permits and engineering completed before closing on the construction loan exclusively in California. 

I’m getting ready to make my next move in 2025 and I’m contemplating on staying here and buying a multi family property as an investment out of state (only an hour away) which would be a lot less capital and have a lot more land lord friendly laws or buy another multifamily as a primary residence locally and hack that property I’m single and live alone.

Let's say the Joshua land cost $50,000 more per acre on 3 acres than the Cleburne.

Should I play harder and get into land development?  

It's a fun story and it's how I got interested in notes.I bought a vacant, land locked (no easement) lot at tax deed auction (Washington is a deed state). 

That might be a way to start, finding recently sold land on zillow, back trace agents to sold listings and tell them you might have some land coming up soon and see if they have buyers.
