I have seen a lot of fake lenders use NV LLC or have a vegas Po box.. that i understand but is there more to this in your mind ??

Long story short, the only ways to get more than 80% out of an investment property in an LLC are A) a private lender dumb/crazy enough to do this, or B) sell it.

I can't move this property to an LLC as the condo docs refrain owners from owning in LLC.
