Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.

(Only if you are SERIOUS about real estate as your wealth/career vehicle.)Make sure you join a brokerage that is large, established, and has a reputation for top performance and excellent training.Once you learn the basics and get out into the field to see the state of the market, you'll learn the price points and be able to know a good/great deal when you stumble across it.I have made some of my best (most lucrative) buys from meeting with a seller who wants to list, and when we discussed the price, I knew it fit my parameters, so I bought it!

New to the BP forum and joined out of curiosity for a hypothetical scenario.I know everyone's situation is different, and everyone has different needs and priorities within Real Estate.So I was curious on one of the many situations one might find themselves in.In this scenario I wanted to ask if a HELOC on either your primary or an existing rental property out of 4 total properties would be a viable strategy for acquiring practically " turn-key " Multi-Family rentals?
