I don't know the particular company you referenced, but all of the criteria sounds nearly identical to what a number of other companies are doing wherein they have you fill out an application and then use your information to apply to various credit card companies on your behalf.

But I took the question about "passive income from NNN" and copy and pasted the question into Bing AI (which I think uses ChatGPT 4), and the answer it gave me was in part identical to Kislay's answer.

With identity theft I can understand being concerned with protecting your SSN... but this info is required to properly screen tenants.... background check, credit history, work history, income verification etc etc.So if they wont provide it to get those things...

Once we have a completed application, we verify income (by calling the employer and/or with paystubs), verify previous address history (this will show up on the credit check, we ask about any addresses that show up on the credit check but are not listed on their application), and verify identity by requesting a copy of their photo ID to make sure their info matches the application and screening reports.Next, we run credit, criminal, and eviction reports.

Most of my buildings are identical to this, but make apx $160/m/door profit, so I'm having difficulty seeing how you are getting ~2x the profit from effectively the same buildings.
