How do you approach someone who's living in a $1M house and driving his-and-hers $$$ cars and explain to him that the fact that his wife is endlessly determined to prove to her own mother that she could have more kids and turn them out better on Sunday by documenting it on Instagram is the main thing holding him back?

I recently made an instagram page for my business and I have a friend from high school who is getting married November 2022 and wants to be moved into a house by Oct 2022.

Who is your favorite REI “influencer” to follow on Facebook, instagram, Twitter, etc...?

We tried Facebook and Instagram advertsing, posting on forums, craiglists, etc. and had only 2 bookings through our own site and the rest through VRBO. 

Even little things like ALL of their social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) on their webpage just lead right back to their webpage.
