Am I being too impulsive buy buying before planned construction?

dan I did purchase on impulse and am pissed at myself for allowying a sales men to sell me of all people on buying into a program. with no evidence of success.

Although this can be frustrating at times, it helps slow me down in a positive way, so that I do not make any impulsive, emotionally decisions when it comes to a deal.

You know that one guy that is known as crazy, that is always is acting impulsively, is always cutting corners, but somehow always ends up on top?

It also makes me question the type of person who gets a breed that makes it very difficult to find a home when they are still renting ... seems like an impulsive and irresponsible choice.
