I recently found a private money lender with the potential of funding my real estate deal in which is in its early stages.

As far as doing a market for rent price, I've just been using Zillow, Craigslist, and Realtor.com to search for similar properties. 

The basement already has some windows as it is half above ground.Anyways, sorry for the long post, I’ve just been excited about this journey and can’t wait for more!
