Maybe it was coincidence, but I was granted eligibility for that amount, which was also what I requested.

I see too many investors jump at the first property they like and don't have a clue about the neighborhood or the numbers that coincide with that particular location.

On August 9th 2007 BNP Paribas, the largest bank in France froze withdrawals from two of it’s money market funds.

The other one is France AirBus.

Update...I ran the numbers and we are positioned to pay off our duplex in 15 years which coincides with our estimated retirement, and adjusting for inflation, the cash flow on that property will pay for 1/4 of our entire monthly expenses.

I would highly recommend “Time is Money” by Frances Leonard.

But this goes beyond imagination and such an unfortunate set of circumstances and coincidences at every turn.

Also, in a total coincidence, I think my agent showed me a unit in this building a couple years ago.
