The Prescott quad city area is bigger than Sedona, with more to offer in the way of jobs and education: Prescott is more expensive, 500 ft higher so has more snow and trees, but still very dry with the current drought.

Im building in an area where new con has avg 14 DOM - specs that sell before the slab is dry, Wilmington Nc area (beaches) where it then buyer eventually wants some things changed.

I say that because the primer to cover the water stain may have to have your renters And their pets out of the unit for so many hours while they do it and then it dries because it may gas off.

In both cases, the tenant should be educated on their responsibilities and held accountable.Even if the water source were a leaking pipe or roof, you should be able to identify the problem, dry it out, and remove the mold professionally within a few days and then the problem goes away.Simply accepting the tenant's claim - without verification - and allowing them to break the lease without penalty is a bad policy that will cost you much more in the long run.

Every house has it somewhere and generally when it happens it is the tenants fault.. or in the case of Ohio basements are basically never ever dry.
