It's a corner lot and the the grade of the land made it erfect for a tucked in garage and finished walkout lower level.

The access is the same for both, but the visibility is much better for the other one (mine is tucked behind a strip center)I am having trouble finding another apple to compare, that is my dilemma.

There are opportunities in real estate in towns & cities across america...and some of your best deals are tucked away in more rural areas...you just have to know the market.
