@Priscilla Z. can chime in, if she’d like, as that area is her specialty.My initial thought in buying in Brevard from a distance, was that the area is close to the N-S highway, as well as the E-W “beach-line express” connecting to Orlando and Tampa, both highways enable easy transport.

I want him to stay, he wants to stay as his unit is down the street from his work and if he loses the unit ( I evict him) he'll have to quit his job due to transportation issues of not having a car.
