However in Stockton there's interesting data that the household income is still parallel with home value for this year while in Austin they're no longer in parallel line which basically telling moving asset from Stockton to Austin is almost similar like selling Stockton and buy in San Francisco (more expensive market that's more unaffordable to common folks).
