Jonathan - Gonna have to disagree  here - I think New York generally and Brooklyn specifically (especially the HOT areas like Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Flatbush, ParkSlope, ProspectHeights/CrownHeights, Gowanus and of course WillyBurg, Bushwick, B-Stuy, etc..) are incredible places to invest.
