I ran many S corporations in my career so forming an LLC is not difficult for me, but writing an LLC Operating Agreement for Forex Spot trading using my IRA fund is not something that I am familiar with.Kingdom Trust needs the following:1) The limited liability company documentation and its operating agreement must have been prepared by a facilitator whose standard form documents have been reviewed by an attorney or prepared by an attorney and have been reviewed by Kingdom Trust’s Compliance Officer.2) The operating agreement must contain language sufficient to address IRA-related issues concerning prohibited transactions (26 USC 4975), the plan asset rules, the allowance of subsequent or additional capital contributions and unrelated business income tax (including language that ensures that the manager of the LLC will prepare and file all necessary tax forms with the appropriate federal, state and local taxing authorities).Where can I found a lawyer who could help me in writing an operating agreement that address IRA-related issues concerning prohibited transactions (26 USC 4975)?

A licensee can work as a "facilitator", without an agency relationship with any party and still be engaging in regulated brokerage activities.IMHO, I think salespersons who are looking at accepting referral fees directly from you, without going through their broker, have reason to worry about their license.  

They said they can work with the city/township to facilitate the process.

Wholesalers typically do not invest personal capital to facilitate deals and will charge a wholesaling fee.

I have experience in managing/owning and operating these types of facilites. 

Never once did they mention they were a lender, they assisted in facilitating deals with points providing a partnership funding your deal.

At the very least, drying them on high heat for 20 minutes then bagging them also kills eggs/ bugs.I would supply those affected units with 30-40 large garbage bags and rolls of quarters to go to laundromat to dry all their clothes for 20-30 minutes on high heat to facilitate their cleaning, then schedule the treatment once they have completed the cleaning and bagging of clothes in a couple of days. everything will get sprayed after clothes are removed.
