@Cassidy Burns I love real estate..not up for debate and I will make it work, to me there's nothing sexy about staying up until 4am working on real estate every day, listening to multiple podcast, reading endless articles and books.

My end goal is to have over 50,000+ units, multiple developments, apartment buildings and an endless stream of income so I can start on my real goal of ending homelessness in America and ensuring every child has access to the health care and treatment they deserve.You have this backwards.

However, bad tenants can be everyone’s nightmare- they might pay their rent late, cause havoc with the neighbours, treat an owner’s property like a tip or unreasonably demand endless costly repairs.

RE is no different in my mind; an endless pursuit of improving, winning, & maxing potential.So my exit strategy is how I turn it all over to my well loved, well prepared, and financially educated children, in my final years.

There is an endless supply of money in the world....you just need to stay in the game and get it.Wise words, Uncle Joe...... 

Take a three day fast from watching the news or reading endless articles from so called experts, and just use your common sense.
