@Cassidy Burns I love real estate..not up for debate and I will make it work, to me there's nothing sexy about staying up until 4am working on real estate every day, listening to multiple podcast, reading endless articles and books.

Buy huge 100 unit apartments or a large hotel or a large skyscraper.....possibilities are endless.

There were no employees or any of that Josh was the whole company pretty much working endless hours.

The options are endless in this labor market!

Yes they are supposed have endless hot water but they can only heat it so fast and a smaller unit will not keep up with a shower and the clothes or dish washer.One of the biggest problems for tankless water heaters is improper installation especially for natural gas versions.

Companies do not have endless cash to buyback shares, they need to have earning to create cash and there has been plenty of productivity over the past 8yrs.
