In fact, I just got paperwork for 2 recerts today and enclosed was the normal letter instructing me to get in my raise requests more than 60 days prior to the recert date.

They also need to build a larger fence as the half grown pup literally reaches over the existing fence in an attempt to play with the neighbors small yappy dog.Both the couple & the attorney had to buy much larger vehicles to comfortably transport the new addition!!!!

He constantly harrassed the tenant about where he parked his personal and work vehicles (which were parked behind what was supposed to have been a finished enclosed fence, which landlord never finished.

What is your take on the idea that a low cost communication and transportation lines are going to cause a migration of people from cities to rural areas?

Perhaps this is because this is the area above the enclosed garage area. 

Adequate parking and proximity to public transportation stops.Current # of years tenants in place in our properties: 26 - 22 - 13 - 13 - 11 - 7 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 2 - 2 - 1/2 - 1/2 - 1/2 - 0 (vacant).Some characteristics of our longer term tenants: retiree, disability, felony in the distant past, limited English skills, bus rider, semi-truck driver with need to park the rig, section 8, low income.

It is still located with an abundance of water and transportation options.
