The clothing space is overcrowded so many pop up and then are the trend of the month,year.

Anyone have experience with this- we got an offer accepted on a duplex that is a great deal, however, on inspection it came back that the electrical boxes are in the master closets and this is a hazard because of clothes being combustible etc. has anyone dealt with this before?

The only cons for this property are that there are no drawers in the master bedroom for clothes and the beds are very firm which my group did not find comfortable.

We have taken on properties that had poor reviews, but there were underlying problems that resulted in those reviews - rickety furniture, washers and dryers that ruined clothes, things terribly out of date.

And don't fall for the tear jerking story of the young boy who sneaks in to meet the wealthy man, later meets the boy at midnight at the beach and has the boy go out into the water with all his clothes on, nearly drowning.

Anything of value was gone, and everything else was clothing, food, documents, and furniture.

I also try to get a feel for this by checking their car and by trying to see if I can smell it on their clothes when they walk by, etc. 

Sealing smoke smell within wood shelving for three clothes closets, linen closet and storage closet.

Back then, before laundromats, before wash and wear clothes, people drop off their laundry down the street on their way home from work, not drive a long distance to drop it off. 

How about shoes or clothes?
