You obviously want to grow your portfolio as soon and as much as possible, but getting most of it tied up in a couple of non-CF condos could be detrimental.Honestly, I have a number of clients in Atlanta suburbs and GA, being aware of lenders that have minimum property values that they will lend to.

How rapidly is the area growing?  

I would be curious to see what markets are doing well/growing in WV.

I always think it is a good idea to build a system that combines flipping and renting, as flipping allows you to continuously reinject capital into your capital and doesn't hinder your ability to continue growing your renal portfolio.
