I've just made an offer on two properties today.

We recently found our first property perfect for a rehab and resale in a close by neighborhood. 

., I'll be honest I've just simply never come across the term in the studying I've done over the past couple of months, literally this is the first place I've ever seen PITI anywhere, books, forums, articles, ect., though I have understood the concept of it, just never knew the term itself.

I've just jumped into this neat little "real estate" pool with you guys and the waters great.

I've just not hit on the right verbiage and now that I have a better description I can revisit Google.

Hi Dakota, I recently found a triplex for sale in Lane County through my realtor Starlight, who works at Oak Ridge Realty however, the triplex is a single family unit in the front and a duplex and back each unit has its own address and our loan officer saying that we might have a hard time getting comps for the house.

I've just started something similar and we're on target marketing a few buildings right now I have only four buildings that I am aggressively pursuing.
