How about a domestic violence center combined with a boys & Girl's club / homework center?

You come across like the guy in those news stories where a little girl with a lemonade stand is being busted by the cops because she didn't get a permit. 

I was a north county girl back in the day! 

I'm a girl and I like sparkly things.

When I was younger we purchased a house that was on the market forever because a girl hung herself in one of the rooms and they had to disclose.

Young girl (not on the lease) was there and wouldn't open the door...The tenant has relatives living in a building across the street.  

It might still be a bit risky to some, but everything else was checking out on this girl, so I went for it.

That would make that person a naughty boy/girl but I also know that there are always disagreements between a tax payer and the tax man. ;-) He might have simply contested a bill by his state government and ended up with that lien.

I had a team of 6  boy girl 3 teams.. we knocked every NOD in our 4 county metro area.. over 400 doors a month.. and again we did quite well at it.. they would set it up for me to do the close.

The past three years I rented out my spare bedrooms to three other girls while still living there.
