I agree with the others that there is not likely to be a deal hear but if you can find the current note holder they might be willing to sell for 20-30% but don't hold your breath.

I'm not attached to this house and certainly not holding my breath that this deal will go through.

First take a deep breath an realize that this may likely take more time than you had expected.

If you are breathing any agent here will take you through a home because its a sellers market here.  

It was just funny to walk through a house where I couldn't breathe without thinking about vomiting and then see these two books just sitting there!

This is conservative and means I don't stand to make money as quickly but gives me a little breathing room if something does not go as planned.I am also not a big believer in paying down a mortgage. 

Sitting there undisturbed, it isn't technically hurting anything since asbestos only affects people when they breathe in the fibers.
